This is the piece of fanart that I've had in mind to create since I first read Katsu no Miko's Gundam Wing/Anita Blake Vampire Hunter fusion fic, Acherontia Atropos, a few years ago. I feel like I've come full circle, since my very first piece of Gundam Wing fanart (using my then brand-new Wacom tablet) was for this same fanfic. I like to think my artistic skill has improved considerably since then, but you can see for yourself. Here's the first pic, in which I drew Duo on top of a poorly Photoshopped photo:

Second Attempt, after sort of getting the hang of my Wacom tablet. (A little better, but tons of room for improvement.)

It's nice to see that my artistic skill has improved over the past few years... ^_^;
