This picture was inspired by the first few chapters of Naruto manga, all of Naruto's flashbacks to his early childhood, and the ending credits of the first episodes of the anime.

Naruto's early childhood seemed so desperately sad, the mothering instinct in me just had to give him and Iruka a happy father/son-type moment.
