Except that my new computer doesn't work. Heavy sigh. I'd turn it on, it would light up and quietly chatter to itself, then it would shut itself down. I thought it was probably the power box, so I got a new one and switched them out, but then it wouldn't even light up. No response whatsoever, so I thought, either the new power box is no good, or I installed it wrong and killed it. I put the old one back in and it went back to lighting up and pretending to turn on, so that's good news. It's just not progress. I still don't know if that's what's really wrong. In the mean time, it's the beginning of the semester, so work is busier than ever. Don't know when I'll get a chance to post anything or even type all the new stuff. Hopefully soon.

Well, the good news is that I now have my own computer. Michael sold me his old one which is the only bright spot to the fact that he's moving to Seattle. It means that for the first time in nearly two years, I'll have computer access and spare time simultaneously once in a while. I've been using my work computer for absolutely everything since I moved away from home, but obviously there's only so much you can do between meetings and actual work. I've been doing a lot of writing lately and now I'll actually be able to type some of it up. :)
Sooooooo ... Look for new stuff. Really.
