Okay folks, let's set the Wayback Machine for 1985. I was twelve years old and spent most of my lawn mower money on these collectible cards from Hasbro. I was totally into Transformers, but I couldn't afford to buy the toys, and it only occurred to my parents to buy gifts like that for my brothers, so I had to be happy with these. (I'll get some pictures up as soon as my scanner is working.) The only other collectors I knew were my brother and my best friend Deila (who, for some reason liked to write on the back of hers. I have several that she traded me after scribbling on them, but it used to offend her when I'd complain.) and that was it, so I collected lots of doubles, but never did manage to complete a set. You lose interest in that sort of thing eventually, right? They all ended up in a box somewhere.

That brings us to yesterday 3/20/1999 when I found them in that old box of stuff and pulled them out for a stroll down memory lane. Yep, it's still not a complete set.

And I thought to myself, it meant so much to me when I was a kid. Was there anybody else out there who still had these old things? Would I ever be able to complete my collection? Well, the best way I know to meet people with diverse hobbies and interests these days is the internet, so without further ado, I'd like to announce the world premier of (drum roll please) "Misha's Transformer Cards Trading Page."

This is a list of the cards I still need, (plus a few more that I have but would like to replace because of their bad condition. Scribbled on, etc.) and of the doubles I am willing to trade for them. You see, folks, there really is a use for the US Postal Service after all.

I'll trade straight accross any of my doubles for a card in the "Need" or the "Want a Better Copy" list. This is going to have to be on a first come first serve basis, so if there's a card you want, act fast.
